"PRESS PLAY" is a one day performance event spotlighting projects from the class DESMA 112: Performing User offered during Fall 2025. All projects began with investigating the concept of a "user" in relation to creating new work that reinterprets or amplifies the relationship between user and system.

ERROR, PLAY, COLLABORATION, REMOTE, DIGITAL & PHYSICAL, are all topics that are investigated in this performance lineup The students will present one of their projects made over the duration of the semester including live, digitally mediated performances, as well as performance installations. "PRESS PLAY" explores the various and vast relationships between bodies, systems, & technology and how to navigate these entanglements.
